To further improve the nursing personnel training mechanism, to reasonablydiscover and to cultivate a number of nurses of appropriate scale and good ability,under scholastic leadership approval, nursing department organized the implementation of "Nanjing Children's Hospital Nursing Personnel Training Project".

After the establishment, nursing department actively mobilized, organized the implementation and nursing staff enthusiasticallyparticipated in the election .On April 9, successively passing the written exam,two rounds ofinterview, 10 nursing elite stood out from more than 102 applicants and consistedthe foreign exchange project talent pool for nursing department

The campaign effectivelyimproved the nurses’ passionate, stimulated the enthusiasm of the nursing staff to learn English.
